Can anyone recommend a good weight for boot camp? I'm just starting but am relatively fit and play a lot of tennis. I already have 3 kilo weights but get the feeling that would be too much. Thanks!

You need weights and a mat

I also remember needing a mat at some point. A few exercises are done on the floor. I believe that you need hand weights as well.

I haven't done the DVD in awhile, but my memory says you will likely at some point want a mat. If I'm remembering correctly, there are exercises that are done on the floor at times.

I just ordered the SparkPeople 28 day Boot Camp DVD, wanted to find out if I need a floor mat or anything like that for when it arrives next week
