The paperback edition does have some new things and a few minor changes in it. There isn't a way for me to tell you whether you should buy it or not, but you may want to take a look at the new book site to help you with that decision: book.sparkpeople.com/ .

Hi There! Is the new paper back edition differnt than the original hardback? It looks as if there are a few things that are new and wondered if I should be buying it or not?? Any advice? PLUS... I'm really looking for a spark buddy!
