I know, I'm a little late to the game on this one. ;)

I am thinking of purchasing the SAT but I've never owned a fitbit or anything of the like so I have a few questions.

I was a stay at home mom but I just started a new job making seatbelts in a factory setting. It isn't a lot of walking but it is almost 8 hours of being on my feet doing light assembly and some light lifting. I'm also finding that once I get home around 3pm, I don't get much of a chance to sit down until around 8pm at night. Will it be accurate at measuring this type of activity?

For my workouts I do jump rope and jogging in spot intervals and I do a cardio video that involves high knees, jumping jacks, squat kicks, squat jumps, skaters, butt kicks, punching, mountain climbers, etc. Will it be accurate at measuring this type of workout?

How is it affected by strength training?
