I am using 1/4 cup soynuts, salted, for my afternoon snack now. They are perfect--crunchy, salty, and filling, AND high protein which helps me get it together. As an added plus they are good but not GREAT and that gives me more will power to stop at my set amount and not mindlessly continue grazing or get another helping 'because they are good for me'. I get them in bulk from my favorite grocery (cheap) and keep a sack on hand--like I said, they are not the sort of thing that I would crave and sneak extra portions. It works for me!
