I've been reading about the South Beach Diet new book The Gluten Solution. I'm finding some of it is interesting. About the time I first read about it, I was eating a diet that cut out wheat for a few days and was feeling pretty good. I was having some troublesome symptoms that it seemed to help. I am finding some of the premises to be interesting and it appears to be a moderate approach to cutting back on gluten. I would love to hear what others are thinking about this plan.
