I made a turkey strogonoff last night and followed my own advice - I used a 6 oz container of plain greek yogurt in it instead of my usual sour cream and it was fantastic. Didn't change the flavor in it at all!
What about greek yogurt? It has the creamy consistency of sour cream with that little bit of acidity that sour cream imparts.

I found a good sp recipe that has 1/3 c sourcream in it. It also has cr chicken soup one can. Is there anything I can use to substitute for sourcream or is there a way for me to make that little bit. Thank you it is a cool day and I thought a oven recipe would be good.
