I would enter it as chicken broth under food, then use it as water also. The only things it's really going to effect is your points. Get your rest and feel better soon.

Personally, I would enter it into my food tracker as food, but add it up as water as well. After all, the nutritional content is pretty minimal and won't make much of a difference in your food tracker.
