Awesome...Never been a soup maker myself. A few times a week I buy homemade soup from a local food market. I stopped buying canned soup when I read the sodium count per serving.

I've tried all the broth's and the beef broth is what I use, to give the soup more "depth" in flavor. But using up all the vegetables is great!

Sounds yummy!We have an over abundence of squash.So every meal has some form of cooked squash.Love summer veggies

I am now cooking a pot of soup from vegetables from my crisper and freezer. It includes a bit of ground sausage (about 3 oz) and a box of vegetable broth, water plus:

Green Beans
Yellow squash
and a bit of tomatoe paste

I laughed when I looked up "refrigerator soup" on the SP recipe search and found several, none of course like mine.
