The heat wave is back. Most days there's not even a relief of a breeze. My throat hurts now. I think it's because of the weather. I know from experience that if I push myself and do an exercise DVD in these situations, I'll have a full-blown flu on my hands.
So, I've decided to take a break from exercise till my throat feels normal or ok. I will take walks if it's not too hot and there's a nice breeze, otherwise, I'll just stay indoors and read. Maybe do a little Pilates when my shoulder stops hurting (I must have pulled something there! :( )
