OMG! Went to my first bellydance class with my niece last night. I am so SORE!!!!! But it was SOOOOOO fun! We plan to keep going every week. I wish it was twice a week, but the instructor has other classes to teach. I am so uncoordinated because I am so out of shape (well, if you call fat a shape then I guess I'm not! LOL). Tiger Balm here I come and stretching tonight to help keep those muscles used to working and not sitting around being a couch potato. Should've brought my tennis shoes to walk a bit at lunch today. Oh well, maybe tomorrow. I am NOT walking uphill or downhill from my office in heels!
