If you are 5'4" and 135# you are in the "normal" BMI range, but 110# is at the low end. Denise Austin is 5'4" and 112# but she works out daily and has a lot of muscle. Cut back on eating what your BF eats, since girls get fatter being around the guy and eating what he does.

I thought by reaching out to other Spark People I may be able to gain some motivation to keep up with my diet plan!
I'm currently 5'4" tall and weigh 135. I'm overweight and am getting married this December. I would like to lose 25 pounds by then. I'm on my fourth day. Any advice/motivation or fellow brides working to lose weight too, please reach out to me!
