Hi there, Lady on the Move,
I don't the answers to all your questions, but I did want to say that I think we have all felt the way you are feeling in that post, before, and I wanted to thank you for sharing it. Our weight loss journeys can definitely be challenging and stressful, especially when we have a long ways to go. I just want to wish you all the best and happy trails to a new you.

I find it that its all in my thoughts. If I think possitive I eat well, excersie and etc. if I think bad like O! Im not in the mood and etc I eat bad. requarding excersice I wake up in the morning before work and go to the gym. that why Im done for the day. Good luck!! :)

I know I must be patient because I have so much weight to lose. It is such a struggle to eat the right things everyday. Fighting against the donuts and cookies is war. I force more fruit and vegetables into my diet. Force myself to eat when I am not hungry so that I don't overeat. By far the biggest most difficult challenge for me is regular exercise. I hate to exercise!!!

When I was younger and weighed less, it was so second nature. Now its painful and hard. How can I motivate myself to workout 3 times per day, realistically?

I love this program, recording my food has become a pain because, I am not following the suggested meal plan. I am eating oatmeal and homemade protein shakes. How can I make these apart of my meal plan? When I make things like homemade chili or other recipes, how can I make recording the nutrient info easier?
