I guess it is true that it takes 2 weeks to make a habit. I am still trying myself to 'enjoy' or rather prioritize workouts. Good for you!!! This is huge :) Oh, and I hope you feel better soon!
This morning, 6-13-2011. I woke up with a horrific sinus headache and laid in bed for 15 minutes rationalizing how I did not really need to work out, It didn't work! I got out of bed, got dressed, grabbed a bottle of water and DID IT ANYWAY. 2 weeks ago this never would have happened. Just celebrating a little personal victory :D
