I am learning to get right back on track if I slip up rather than waiting for the next day to start over.

There is greater success if you set 10% weight loss goals. It is more attainable and less discouraging. When you reach your 10% goal set a new 10% goal. With each goal you achieve your new goal will be a smaller number. Thus, your goals get smaller and smaller with each succession.
