Hello everyone - My name is Cynthia and once again I'm trying to find a weight loss program/lifestyle change that I can stick with. I'm sure like everyone else, we've tried every diet under the sun. I'm at the point that I am so disgusted with my appearance and as hard as I try nothing seems to work anymore. I'm 55 years of age. A year ago I had a total hysterectomy which seems to have thrown everything out of whack. I've been working out with a trainer 3 days a week, attend spin classes 1-2 days a week and the only thing I see is more weight gain. I eat less now more than ever and I try to be careful of what I eat but nothing is working. I do have one vice which may or maynot be the culprit - ALCOHOL. I love my cocktails but I do limit it to the weekends but probably drink enough to make up for the week. Anyway, I need to do something. I learned about this program in Womens World magazine and decided to give it a try. Consistency is a problem with me but I'm desperate and depressed so here I go again
