I love it when others reach major milestones in the journey to better health.
What I find amazing is the fact that there is an entire aisle dedicated to different types of chips, another for cookies and last but not least the soda aisle.
I do not even go down them anymore unless I need to add steps to my daily total as I do not remember the last time I bought soda or cookies. I do buy pretzels occasionally for my son's school class for snacks which are located on the chip aisle.

I was grocery shopping, and grimaced when I went down the chips/cookies aisle. When I looked at all those foods, I saw empty cals that would keep me from my goals. Yay for no temptation!
