As for the list of recipes, I would recommend right clicking on a recipe from the list and opening it in a new window or tab. Doing it that way you won't lose your place in your list and you can view/save your recipe.

I have high blood pressure and I'm always searching for low sodium recipes. I would like to make a suggestion regarding the Spark Recipe Page for low sodium foods. It would be helpful if the sodium level for the recipe could be seen like the calories, fat, protein, etc. without having to actually click on the recipe to get the rest of the nutritional data. Because it's low sodium I think that's one of the main nutritional value people would like to see in the beginning.
Also, I have problems getting back to the list of recipes after I save recipe to my recipe box. It prompts you to click back to recipe but I want to go back to the recipe list to continue to look for more recipes in that category. Any suggestions.
