My Olympic lifting coach has me on a steady diet of hyper extensions, so I do those every time I see her. I don't have a hyper at the house, so I improvise on the bench, but they're not as good. Those seem to be the best. I'm currently fighting a lower back issue (going to the doc today), so the current answer is "nothing".
When I get back in action, I'm going to talk to her about good mornings. I want her to watch though to make sure my form is perfect.
Impressive video. I think it moved a bit slow, especially the first 10 minutes or so, but I definitely learned something. My coach has already identified my weak lower back arch, this video just reinforces it. How is your arch?
