Hi there, I am new here to Getting fit over 50, as I just celebrated my 50th b-day yesterday (11-29)! I am looking for connections in this health journey I am on. I started with SparkPeople the second week in November. It has been a real learning curve for me. I can't get my calories in correctly for love nor money. I am either to high or to low. A few days I am in the correct range. So my first (new) goal here at SP is to have a full week with the correct caloric intake!
