I work night shift as well and recently I have been working out everyday at 5pm when my husband gets home. I think that splitting up a workout would be a good idea too. I am thinking that when my current program with my husband is over, I will start doing a short workout in the mornings when my shift ends. Sometimes, that may be the only way I get any exercise that day.
Short term goals:
Weigh less than 200 lbs. by summer!

I think you did right so good for you! I know there are many times that I feel so tired I don't want to work out but then I start rationalizing. If I go home without working out, I'll probably just have dinner, read and go to bed so I may as well use some of that time to work out. It's always hard getting started but you never regret a workout, especially once you are done with that workout!

I work third shift and haven't been getting the right amount of sleep the past two days simply because I let time get away from me. Still, as exhausted as I felt today, I did HALF a workout and fiugre I can squeeze in more exercise throughout the day so I stay motivated and on track.
