I plan on getting to 180 by June...I lost 34pounds after my pregnancy and I'm not stopping there. Ive got 34 more pounds to lose and I can do it! I just had surgery to get my gall bladder removed so it has slowed me down on exercise but I'm keeping track of what I eat and as soon as I'm able to I will slowly work my way back up to my full exercising routine! Good luck everyone! I'm pumped!

I have lost 2.2 pounds in almost a week (6 days) and today for the first day of those 6, my nutrient proportions were excellent!! I am so excited to lose weight, esp on time for my trip to Virginia Beach!! It's truly a beautiful feeling to succeed :)
