Good point! Real food ... I remember (way back in the olden days of a week ago ... LOL) when I'd eat something junky that was loaded with calories and no nutrition and then be ravenous a short time after. This morning I was realizing how much energy I have. Funny thing: you give your body what it needs and it likes it! :)
