I've had that the past two nights. Last night up until 3:30 am. But !! Mine was definitely from caffeine & sugar (chocolates) in the afternoon (I usually don't do that). I know also if I exercise later in the day then I'm up at night.

Caffeine is tricky you made need to go decaf like me. Caffeine never wired me or kept me up at all even if drank before bed, now it agitates me to no end. I get jumpy legs all day and can't sleep even if I go to bed at 10 p.m and had the coffee at 9 a,m. Our body tolerances change every now and then. No caffeine coffees for me ever! That's just one guess, you will have to try things on your own to figure out what is wrong. I hope you find comfort soon and rest up.
