I've had that the past two nights. Last night up until 3:30 am. But !! Mine was definitely from caffeine & sugar (chocolates) in the afternoon (I usually don't do that). I know also if I exercise later in the day then I'm up at night.

Watch a QPR match, that'll put you to sleep.

Caffeine is tricky you made need to go decaf like me. Caffeine never wired me or kept me up at all even if drank before bed, now it agitates me to no end. I get jumpy legs all day and can't sleep even if I go to bed at 10 p.m and had the coffee at 9 a,m. Our body tolerances change every now and then. No caffeine coffees for me ever! That's just one guess, you will have to try things on your own to figure out what is wrong. I hope you find comfort soon and rest up.

Are you working out in the evening? That has a tendency to keep people up later at night.

For the second night in a row I'm wide awake and my body will not shut down..!!

After all the exercise I have been doing I would expect that I would be ready for my bed by 7am! Instead it's now 11.11pm and I am WIDE AWAKE!

Why is this?? I don't have caffeine anytime after 3pm.. I feel great but I don't understand the sudden massive boost of energy!!

Anyone else feel this?? xx
