I understand what you are going through. I went to a workshop for work and I gain weight because I didn't exercise and I ate food that wasn't even apart of my food plan. So now I have to start all the way over and its kind of hard to do. So I decided to lose 15 lbs by my husband birthday which is in Sept. Its all about picking ourselves up and working hard not to fail again. I hope that you are able to pick yourself up and work off those few lbs like I am planning on doing.
DO NOT FEAR! FIRST, YOU KNOW YOU HAVE SEVERAL POUNDS OF WATER WEIGHT AND JUST ONE WEEK OF GOOD EATING AND DRINKING WATER, AND YOU WILL HAVE A BIG LOSS AND FEEL SO MUCH BETTER. REMEMBER THIS FEELING...IT HELPS TO CHANGE YOU OVER TO A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE. IT IS BETTER TO FEEL IN CONTROL, AND FEEL BETTER. YOU CAN DO THIS! YOU ARE NOT ALONE! GOOD LUCK! HUGS, MARY

Just weighed myself, I am at my heaviest ever other when I was pregnant. I was on vacation last week and made bad choices, didn't exercise, wine not enough fruits and veggies . Ugh! Back to the beginning, again Jayne.
