i agree. a person has to find what works for them. i find that if i keep my protein up and eat low GI i lose weight more consistently than if i cut carbs, or protein, or whatever the latest fad is. basically it is eating like a diabetic would, so maybe i am on the cusp. probably should go get it checked out.
Hi, It happened to me too. I tried for 3 months with no results. Then in December I started the wheatbelly diet and have lost a pound a week since then. And I feel great! No matter what they say, it's not always about calories in/calories out. Find what works for you. I highly recomend the WB.

O.K. - I won't focus on food or exercise! What I will focus on is YOU! Have been been to the Dr and been checked for things like PCOS and Hypothyroidism? If not, I would be inclined to make an appointment ASAP and explain what you are trying to do and the 'results' so far. Ask for a health check to see if there is something medically going on which can cause issue. A simple blood test may be your best friend - it may reveal a problem that may be easily resolved.
I am not a Dr - please check with your qualified Health Professional for a diagnosis and treatment plan

I have been going to the gym and eating healthy for 35 days now and I have not lost one pound! I track my food and excercise on here and on myfitness pal. I drink lots of water. I have done al my measurements too and have not lost inches. The first thing I hear is " muscle weighs more then fat". First off professional body builders are only able to gain a few lbs of muscle per year, so why everyone always uses that as an excuse is beyond me. Second I here "well maybe your not eating the right amount of calories." I have been to every site that offers that info and the calculators and they say I am eating the right amount. I am 5'7 24 yrs old and 240lbs. HELP!!!!!!!
