I have been tracking for seven weeks now and realize that this is working. I haven't had any success on my own so now I know I am not to be trusted, but this program is! I am very excited to stay the course and reach my goal. It may take longer than I had hoped, but that's OK. I get that this is a life change and not just a diet, and change takes time.
