Unfortunately, many people would get discouraged and give up after only being able to do a minute. They would feel like they were 'not good at it, or I can't do one hour so why bother'.

These people need to tear a page from your book - - celebrate the victories as you give yourself a chance to get better over time.

Keep up the great work and continue to challenge yourself in all you do.

I was able to do 20 minutes on the Elliptical Crossfit Training machine today. I can remember when I could not do one minute. I have come a long way.
