This site is THE BEST! My I suggest you check out the apps if you have either a smart phone or an Android Tablet or iPod Touch. My apps on those devices allow me to make smart choices when I am eat out, which is frequent.

Awesome! Way to go! I find that tracking things in advance, before I eat helps me a lot. That way, I know what I'm getting into when I go out to eat!

So I went out to eat lunch with my mom, and then had pizza for dinner. I got home and realized I had no clue about the calorie intake or anything that I had done today. This site is amazing because it wonderfully has all of it pre-stored, even little ceasars!! So I can stay on track and not worry about it as long as I remember what I eat!! I am so happy that this site is so AMAZING!! emoticon I don't have to worry about eating out as this wonderful site has nutrition info for every restaurant!! This site is more fantastic than I realized. Any tips anyone can give me for eating healthy/losing weight/working out, would be awesome.
