So.. I haven't weighed in on SP recently, but I've lost a few more pounds. My diet is generally healthy, organic, cook from whole foods w/the exception of some organic whole wheat pastas, breads, etc occasionally...The past two months I've especially tracked my eating to make sure I was getting a healthy number of calories for my goals, and exercised (nearly!) every day alternating different types of cardio, working in strength, etc...you get the jist, doin' all the good stuff our friends at SP recommend..
I've also been measuring myself every 2 weeks. I've been feeling frustrated looking at my body, like my hips are getting bigger. I figured it was in my head, probably losing inches from my belly making it look bigger.
Nope, actually got larger past 2 weeks by almost .75 an inch! I get that you may not lose inches right away, any idea why I could be gaining them though???
Just fyi - I have been drinking lots of water, I haven't been eating too few calories, I haven't been eating unhealthy fats.. I have no idea why this is happening.
