Hello everyone ... last week for my weigh in i was so sad because I hadn't lost any weight (204.8 lbs), instead I was 0.8lbs heavier. but, I did weigh myself late in the evening and had drank a whole lot of water throughout my day. Regardless to say, I was really upset. But, I didn't let that put me down. I know this is working for me; the portions, variety of foods and daily exercise from 10 minutes to sometimes 45 mins now :) Woo hoo!!! So ... I snuck in a weigh in today and I am 199.6lbs. Yaya, I'm so proud of myself. Woo hoo!!! This is so wonderful!! I'm so happy that even though it's a slow process there is progress and a huge motivation boost.
5.2 lbs down, 39.6 lbs to go for my October goal!!!
