I was out snow shoeing today. I don 't find it too taxing. Since there are two of you you can take turns breaking trail, which is the most tiring part. It is a good workout!

Just keep moving!

Has anyone ever tried snowshoeing. My hubby and I walk every day about six to seven miles, but with the coming winter and the snow we don't walk on the road do to ice and snow plows. We came up with snow shoeing for a winter activity but my hubby is 66 and I'm 59. We are just looking to see if this is something at our age we could accomplish without to much pain..
