Yum! I make a similar one, with snap peasand carrots and I add in some fresh ginger when the oil is heating up, then take the ginger out before putting in the veggies and sauce, that way there is a gingery taste. I also add sriracha to the soy sauce because I like the heat!
Here is a great recipe for stir fry. Sooo easy. 8 oz snow peas 2 cups carrot sticks 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tbsp. lite soy sauce In skillet heat sesame oil. Add snow peas and carrot sticks. Cook for 8 minutes over medium heat covered. Remove from flame and add soy sauce. Makes 4 servings. 1 point
