I have a water bottle that holds 2 to 3 cups of water. I drink a full one in the morning then one in the afternoon then one at night. I make it a challenge for myself.

Since water is basically all I drink except when i make my juice or smoothie, I find that "sneaking" it in isn't necessary. But I do like the idea of keeping some by the bed.

I always have a bottle of water next to the bed. Any time I get up at night (usually to pee because I drink so much water LOL) I take a big drink. Then when I get up in the morning I drink whatever is left before I go get my coffee.

I set my alarm on my cell phone throughout the day. When the alarm goes off, I go and down 16 ounces

I keep most of my bottled water upstairs. I drink my water room temperature but a lot of my water I drink in the night; I take pills at night to make sure they don' t interfere with what I've eaten or other medicines I've taken and I also sometimes have to get up to use my asthma inhaler.

If you get up at night, keep a bottle of water in the bathroom and near your medcines/bed; I have to rinse my mouth after using my asthma inhalers (use maintenance inhaler morning and night) so after I do that, I drink a good swallow too, might as well, I have the water right there, easy :-) If I'm awake at night for other reasons or am a bit hungry/thirsty or too warm, etc., I first try a little more water to see if that helps me sleep.
