I like strawberries with a little splenda and lowfat vanilla yogurt. If strawberries weren't your favorite fruit you could try another fruit. Also, Nature Valley granola thins in dark chocolate or Skinny Cow chocolate wafer bars.
You might try dry cereal. Find one you like, can even give you a chocolate fix. There are alot of cereals, not granolas, that you get 3/4 to 1 cup for 100 cals.

Hi all. I just joined and am wondering if anyone could share their tips for snacking. I have to eat something before I take my meds five times a day. That is a lot of food even if in mini amounts. It takes about three saltine "sandwiches" with p&j to do the trick as an example. If I don't eat I vomit up my meds. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
