Avocado with rice cakes or crackers.
Sweet potato or regular potato microwaved, add butter if you like.
Banana and peanut butter/almond butter.
Cheese and a piece of fruit.
And cooked vegetables with olive oil or dressing.
Cucumber, bell pepper (sliced), apple (sliced), grapes...
Cottage cheese or hummus with crackers....
