I love dry cereal for a snack ! Pour a cup in a bowl and eat one at a time while I watch my favorite tv shows !!

Honey Nut Cheerios 112 calories for one cup
Berry Burst Cheerios 122 calories for one cup

chick peas, seasoned with lemon juice (1 tsp)and chili powder (1tsp) and garlic powder (1 tps) bake on a cookie sheet at 450 till crispy :) mmmmm

Prunes and Almonds...you would think strange combo? I say interesting in texture and taste!

Yeah, yeah, I know... eat an apple. But what are your favorite snacks when you want some more complex flavors? I'll share a few of mine and I'd love to hear some of yours.

Rules: Has to be easy to make, have fairly common ingredients, and should be made out of (at least) mostly natural foods (no artificial sweeteners if possible.

My favorite right now is ....um... Cajun popcorn? (sorry thought of the name on the spot.) I air pop some pop corn, and then spray it with some cooking spray or a little bit of olive oil so the seasonings will stick. Then I dust in a bunch of garlic powder, pepper, a tiny bit of salt, some chili powder, drizzle on some lime juice (squeeze on a lime if you can, the citrus just makes the flavor pop), then drizzle on some honey (trust me here). Omg delicious.
