I love chocolate and find that chocolate milk solves that craving for a while. It satisfies me and is great for after a workout, too.

I do like popcorn. I could snack on that.

a good thing would be to not eat foods with a barcode

weighing out an ounce of nuts to eat with grapes is a nice snack

a tablespoon of homemade hummus with veggies (celery, cucumber, carrots)

air popped popcorn

(I find that I snack out of boredom or when I am working on the computer out of habit -- try to see if you can go two solid weeks with having 3 good balanced, portion controlled meals and at least one planned healthy snack to get into a new habit set)

I don't really use the nutrition tracker on here, as I use the My Fitness Pal app and find that much easier to use as I can scan the barcode of everything I use.

I took a look at your nutrition tracker---eating better should not bring about more hunger.

I only see 2 days tracked, showing 118 calories one day and 988 calories the other day.

I am sure your calorie range is at least 1200-1550 calories daily. YOu are not eating enough food.
Your protein is also low---select more lean meats, fish, poultry, eggs, beans, etc to be sure you are within your SP protein range each day---at least 60 grams daily.

You also look low on fiber, fruits and veggies---aim for at least 5 servings daily and giving you at least 20 grams of fiber each day.

What DO you like? (besides chocolate and pasta, lol)

A lot of times my snacks are smaller versions of my meals, so I might have half a sandwich, or a hard boiled egg, or a half serving of last nights leftovers, or a yogurt. Other times I might have an apple with peanut butter of a piece of cheese, or a granola bar. You could even have a small serving of pasta mixed with fresh veggies! A lot of it depends on where my calories are for the day, some of my snacks have been bigger than some of my meals!

Do something everyday that your future self will thank you for.

Since I've started to keep an eye on what I eat and eat better I feel hungry all the time! And all I want is chocolate or noodles, which isn't good 3 times a day lol.

What can I buy in for snacking on? I'm not a huge fruit fan so tend not to snack on it. And nuts I don't really like either, I only like hazelnut when it's in something but I don't like it alone.
