Almonds, soy nuts, pumpkin seeds, craisins-- my kids like these mixed like a "trail mix" but I prefer them separate. We also do a lot of edamame, hard boiled eggs, string cheese, shredded wheat cereal (dry, instead of crackers).

and all of those are under 100 calories

I always see people with different snacks like "Nut thins" and what not.
Besides fruits and veggies what are some other snack ideas?
