My go-tos are reduced fat cheese sticks and flavored nonfat greek yogurt. Rarely I'll do small portions of nuts with a little dried fruit. If I want a super low cal snack I'll have a cup of cherry tomatoes. I also like apples with pb2 (powdered peanut butter). I do make kale chips periodically but we eat those fresh. Popcorn (stove popped) is another rare snack in our house! Post workout I'll have a cup of almond milk with 1/2 scoop of protein powder (I'll flavor with matcha or pb2). That's all that comes to mind on my end!

Plain Greek yogurt with chopped fruit and cinnamon.
You don't have to eat the whole thing.

A can of green beans, oatmeal with a teaspoon of Nutella, or nuts and dried fruit in small amounts.
Keep calm and carry on.

I like crackers with peanut butter and jelly. for me 5 crackers, 1T peanut butter, and 1T jelly hits the spot.
