How about roasted and salted chickpeas? You can eat them out of hand like peanuts, or trail mix. 1/4 cup has about 100 calories and .5 gram fat, with loads of fiber and 7 grams protein.

Note: I buy these prepared from an italian market and I haven't the faintest idea how to make them!

If the workplace is very strict hummus might be a no-go too, since some preparations include sesame seeds or the paste made of sesame seeds called tahini. But light ranch dressing might be an option as a veggie dip!

Popcorn sounds like a really good idea. Pop some at home & bring it in a zip lock bag; you can even flavor it yourself! Filling & low calorie!

Yogurt (Greek or regular)
Boiled Eggs
Oatmeal
Cheese and crackers
Hummus and veggies
Sugar free Jello cup
Granola bar (If it's nut free, of course.)
Jerky/Turkey/Beef bites
Craisins/Raisins/Other dried fruit
Pop corn

I don't think I can. I've been taking apples and grapes, and veggies, but I'm gettng sick of them.
