Here's a great smoothie from the PINK method that tastes kind of like pina colada and is really tasty:

1/2 c coconut milk
1 cup coconut water
2 handfuls spinach
2 kale leaves
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 c pineapple
1 small banana
1/2 small orange, peeled
(add protein powder if you need it)

All good ideas, so I will just add a quick one to the list: Beet greens.

I am not a big fan of spinach in smoothies because I taste the "green", but beet greens keep their reddish color and taste sweet while giving a ton of healthy benefits.

Toss a handful in to orange, banana, berry smoothies for a great treat!

Try mixing flavors, such as celery and carrot with orange, cucumber with cantalope, peeled/seeded eggplant will "pick up" the flavor of whatever it is mixed with and adds plenty of fiber works well with blueberries and mixed berries, look for reduced fruit/veggies at the store and expierment until you find your perfect match.

I don't get enough vegetables during the day so I'm looking for a way to get more vegetables in my diet along with more fruit. I though smoothies are a good way to do this, I mean who doesn't like a good smoothie! I'm just afraid that if i try to put vegetables in a smoothie it wont taste right. I'm looking for a recipe that contains both vegetables and fruit similar to the Naked Green Machine Juice but a lot more budget friendly! Thanks =)
