Thanks to you both... I'm glad your weight loss efforts are going well and it's nice to know I'm not alone in this. I really do think that - in weight loss and life in general - that yes, things change up, but not necessarily for the worse. I believe, like you both alluded to, that we're given skills to more than make up for the "loss" of our youth. Most of all... I think it can be detrimental to the weight loss effort- not to mention our mental well-being, to constantly be focusing on what's hard or what isn't working.
