You can always set your short-term goals on SP and when you reach them, change the goals. Many members do that. They also sometimes have a few goals on their SparkPage in the Goals section on the right side of the page. Then as they reach each of those goals they acknowledge it with "done" or something similar.

Good luck with your goals!

Is there a way to set smaller goals on SP while still keeping a large final one? For example, I would like to lose a total of 24kg, but I would rather focus on losing 7kg so it doesn't feel so far away.

I know this short term goals vs. long term goals is something a lot of people do, I just don't know if there is a separate way to track that.
