Had another woohoo moment today. When we went into walmart, my husband wanted something to drink. He got a soda and asked if I wanted one, Although I was tempted, I decided to get a water bottle instead!

it is conscious decisions to make your life better, knowing yourself and moving forward, with goals in mind that will take you as far s you want to go. Congratulations!

You are doing so good. Keep up the good work.

So today I had Subway for lunch and it was a huge victory for me! I got a 6-inch instead of a footlong, Umm yay!
Then I got wheat bread instead of the cheese bread. Double yay!
And third, I got diet soda instead of regular soda. And yes I know, I know soda is not really great either way, but for me this is a huge huge victory! And eventually I will be able to cut out soda completely, I just have to take it one step at a time.
