For a few months now, I've been eating/tracking all of my food during the week, and then going out to eat and over eating with my husband on the weekends.
I always find ways to justify it, but tonight.. the cycle ended! I decided that I was too hungry to make a rational decision as to whether or not to go out, so I had a string cheese and thought about all of the hard work I'd put in this week, both in terms of counting calories and working out, and I decided to make myself a quick meal instead of eating out.
It was a small victory in some ways, but such a huge mental victory. Yes!!!
