Hi and welcome to Spark People. Congratulations on your weight loss. You are right, small goals are the way to go. In fact, Spark encourages you to set small goals. Small goals can be accomplished faster than big goals and they help to build your confidence and motivation.

Instead of putting my final goal weight, I thought I would try at 16lb goal. Then I will change my goal for the next 10 lbs. So far, I have lost at least 6 lbs from the the holidays! Yippee!
