Great work!

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

Hey, every win is a win (well it made sense when I thought it up emoticon ). You have to lose 5 pounds before you lose 10 and you've lost that 5 pounds. Congratulations!

Keep up the good work!

Way to go Honey. Pound by pound you'll get there. Keep walking every day and eating healthy foods and in a few months you'll be amazed by the difference!

He who has begun a good work in you will be faithful to complete it!

I am happy this week I lost my first 5lbs. LOL I know not much but for me it was like a god send. I was 304 so this official got me out of the 300's. That was awesome for me. I had never been that heavy and coming to grips with that was very hard. I feel better now that I am back in the 200's, but am looking forward to the 100's. Thanks for letting me share my very small success. emoticon
