I am happy this week I lost my first 5lbs. LOL I know not much but for me it was like a god send. I was 304 so this official got me out of the 300's. That was awesome for me. I had never been that heavy and coming to grips with that was very hard. I feel better now that I am back in the 200's, but am looking forward to the 100's. Thanks for letting me share my very small success. emoticon
