According to your ticker, you have come a long way!!!! Keep it up girl! Do you have Pintrest?? When I dont feel motivated, I try that and it helps. Look up Health and Beauty and it does the trick to get my butt up and going. Keep going!!!! I know you can do it

Yahoooo for you! I am at the other end of the spectrum this week. I have been struggling the past few days and I'm not sure why. But I have been spending more time at SP to keep me motivated and to try and push through it mentally and physically. Reading positive posts like yours helps! Keep it up!

So I had a small victory this morning!!!

I have been at this for ten days and I have cut calories to 1200 a day and walking a few times a day....
I took m y measurments and I lost one inch on my arms, my hips and my stomach!!! Small but a good start and really the motivation I needed to keep going this morning!!

I have been off coffee and soda for 10 days as well!!!!!!! Small victories keep me going!
