Hello all and happy new year! I am new here, but have been doing Weight Watchers for about six months. I have lost what amounts to about .3 pounds per week, sometimes less. The good news is that I am down about 15 pounds and have not been gaining all this time. the bad news is that at this pace I will be dead by the time I reach my goal weight!
So to add a layer of accountability I thought I would join some groups. I hope they will help me stay motivated by seeing other people reaching their goals. I want to look on here and find some gals about my size so that I can virtually compete and try to keep pace with them.
