I'm losing, but it's a slow and steady motion. That's okay. I have now lost 8.4 pounds. Last night a group I'm in met at Panera Bread for supper before a meeting. I had looked up healthy choices, and had the Napa Almond chicken salad with an apple. Now, I'm not wild about apples, but I ate it. The calories were high, I saw, when I tracked it, but it kept me in my calorie range for the range, and I didn't go over in any category. This morning I'm down .2 of a pound.
I'm so happy to think that in 1.4 pounds it will be ten. I'm already noticing my clothes fitting more comfortably.
